While my core content revolves around unlocking the power of kettlebell workouts (they're seriously awesome!), my online coaching is 100% tailored to YOU. Whether you're working out in your living room with minimal gear, have a garage gym, or prefer a commercial gym setting, I'll create a personalized fitness plan to help you crush your goals.
